Character of
Explorer's Villa

The building follows the slope of the land so that the maximum number of rooms can be accessed from the garden at the same level as their floors, so that there is no need to overcome an elevation that would not live up to the building with the land. The mass of the house does not stand out in any way and gives a rather inconspicuous impression to the observer from the surroundings, who sees only the grass on the roof. The facade is designed to conceptually harmonize with the environment but also meet the requirements for minimal maintenance.

Situating the living and dining area on the lower floor is a logical consideration for the connection to the garden and is ideal both for a peaceful life for two and for an energetic family that appreciates enough living space. Part of the lower floor is also a study, which is accessible to the garden terraces. In the mezzanine there is a large chamber and also a technical room in which there is enough space for all the necessary technologies. The upper floor is divided into two rooms and a bedroom with a dressing room.

The garden itself offers enough space for both parking and use, and a natural swimming lake can be an ideal addition to the terraces.
